Silent
Counselling

with Sylvia Tillmann

In Silent Counselling you don't need to talk about your 'issues'.

Many situations we encountered in the past can still be painful

if not traumatic.

Whether we consciously remember them or not, they are buried deep within us, can influence our lives and can stop us from moving forward and achieving peace of mind.

You might have tried to tell and analyse your story - to yourself and maybe a professional - but haven't found a solution, yet.

What if there was a way to dissolve these negative thought patterns and attitudes, these overwhelming emotions and even physical and often unexplained aches and pains almost silently?

Well, there is.

Welcome to Silent Counselling.

Silent Counselling is ...

  • energy healing that works with the body's intelligence

  • using muscle testing, meridian points and breathing

  • looking for negative emotions of the root cause

  • clearing these negative emotions so you can move forward

  • mainly silent, so there's no need to talk about any past situations

  • generally resolving root issues in just a few sessions

  • a treatment developed by Marjorie and John Cooper

  • simply unique and amazing

I trained with Marjorie Cooper herself, who, along with her husband John, developed this pretty cool technique.

Marjory and John are Energy Healing experts and worked with many clients in Scotland who were facing challenges with addiction.

One day they worked with a client who was so traumatised that she wasn't able to verbalise anything at all.

Tapping into the body energy, they 'simply' asked the client's body for answers – helped this client overcoming her addictions and then formalised their approach.

I also have a foundation training in (cognitive) counselling, but as this never did anything for me, I prefer working with the body.

My training with Marjorie was a wonderful experience and I was extremely amazed, how effective Silent Counselling can be.

What can Silent Counselling Help With?

Silent Counselling can be effective for a range of challenges, here are some examples:

  • anxiety/irritability

  • phobias

  • low mood/depression

  • grief and loss

  • addiction

  • trauma

  • pain management, especially MUS
    (Medically Unexplained Symptoms)

  • low self-esteem

  • decision making

  • procrastination

  • weight loss/eating disorders

  • guilt

  • fear

  • resentment

  • despair

  • jealousy

  • anger

  • sports performance

  • and so much more

So far I have worked with clients who had:

  • a fear-of-winning sports matches (as they felt sorry for the opponent!) – and they have overcome this attitude and WON!!!

  • financial blockages – and they got clients and referrals 'out of the blue'

  • unexplained physical pain and swelling – and it both eased off

  • a lack of self-worth – and the client developed a new appreciation for themselves and their inner child
