any time you can.”

My Laughter Yoga Journey
Let me share a little about how Laughter Yoga found me.
I first experienced it in 2011. What stayed with me was the sense of joy, playfulness and lightness - and how uplifted and energised I felt afterwards.

Over the years I came across Laughter Yoga from time to time,
but stayed in my business jobs (I managed a couple of SMEs, then a charity).
It took another nine years and a global pandemic before I trained as a Laughter Yoga Leader.

What I love most about Laughter Yoga is how quickly it allows people to shift:
Not through effort or performance, but by giving the body permission to be playful, childlike and at ease.
I facilitate my sessions in a way that is inclusive, respectful and grounded, creating a space where people feel safe to soften, connect and simply be.
As a holistic health practitioner* I'm interested in practices that support well-being in a natural, embodied way.
I appreciate Laughter Yoga's health benefits and enjoy witnessing how shared laughter can help people feel a little better - about themselves, about others and about the world around them.

If you are curious, I warmly invite you to join me and experience for yourself how Laughter Yoga makes you feel.
