As a Laughter Yoga leader, I've brought loads of fun to my class participants — now it’s time to bring joy and laughter to us all at Western Undercliff Beach.

That's why I’m running a pilot programme with flexible session times, so you can choose what works best for you:

Sun, 2nd – 3.30pm - sorry, you missed it and we missed you - we had a great time in glorious sunshine
Wed, 5th – 1pm

What to expect:
A unique and fun exercise programme that combines laughter with deep breathing and some stretches (that's the Yoga reference, please note, this is NOT a yoga class and you WON'T need a mat!) – followed by a grounding meditation.
In Laughter Yoga, we laugh like nobody is watching, just for the pure joy of it and its health benefits like:

Can you buy joy, energy and good health?
A Laughter Yoga session for £5 (cash only, please, bring your kids for free) is a good start to experience for yourself the difference 'proper' laughter can make.
All you need to bring is a smile on your face, some water or herbal tea and your fiver.
Please wear comfy clothes.
