As a certified Laughter Yoga leader, I've shared plenty of laughs with many wonderful participants - maybe you joined me at the Ramsgate Day Laughter Yoga experience?
If you missed it or simply fancy another dose of good mood, childlike joy and fun, this is your invitation to join us.

What to expect:
A fun, uplifting experience that combines laughter with deep breathing and gentle stretches (that's the Yoga part - please note, this is not a traditional yoga class and you won't need a mat!).
We'll finish with a short grounding meditation to help you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
